
Administrative Operations Assistant

Excellent communication skills; effective interpersonal and telephone communications. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience with other software programs; ability to quickly learn new computer software applications

Strong typing skills with ability to proofread documents

Flexible and motivated to learn new tasks

Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Client communication and service – answer phones, ability to respond to customer needs and concerns, update records, gather and deliver correct and detailed information

Follow up – surveys, mailers, thank you letters, invoices
-
Assist all departments with system needs; creating proposals, jobs, schedules
-
Assist with month end tasks; invoicing, mailing, filing
-
Data entry; client information, employee information, time/payroll data
-
Up-selling/Marketing – seasonal suggestions, sales, proposals
